Retreat for Women’s at Old Stone Presbyterian Church
Enjoy a day out with the girls! Be inspired, laugh, and learn at the Women’s Retreat at Old Stone Presbyterian Church in Lewisburg on
March 30, 2019 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
We are excited to feature author, pastor, and mom, Margot Starbuck. Margot’s fun, enthusiastic, common-sense approach to navigating our busy lives and still finding ways to experience and express God’s love will leave you wanting more.
Margot is the author of a bunch of books including our favorite Small Things with Great Love, Adventures in Loving Your Neighbor. She enjoys working as a collaborator helping other folks tell their amazing stories. Margot's first book, The Girl in the Orange Dress: Searching for a Father Who Does Not Fail, was awarded Best Nonfiction Book of the Year, 2011, from the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association. And Not Who I Imagined was a finalist in the 2015 Selah Awards.
Margot is a graduate of Westmont College and Princeton Theological Seminary. Margot and her three fabulous teens, by birth and adoption, live in Durham, NC, in the North Street Neighborhood, a community built around their friends with disabilities. Learn more at www.MargotStarbuck.com.
So, make plans today to join us on March 30, 2019 from 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Registration is $25.00 paid in advance with checks made payable to Presbyterian Women and mailed to Old Stone Presbyterian Church at 644 Church Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901.
Registration includes refreshments, lunch, learning materials and eligibility for door prizes. Free childcare is available for ages 2 to 12. The registration deadline is March 1st.
